Tambi\u00e9n informo todos losd\u00edas a diario a mis clientes, dici\u00e9ndoles que pese a haber iniciado el p<strong>rocedimiento judicial de separaci\u00f3n, divorcio o alimentos o modificaci\u00f3n de medidas<\/strong>\u00a0en la v\u00eda contenciosa,\u00a0<strong>posteriormente se puede transformar en un mutuo acuerdo<\/strong>.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Los procesos de familia son personal\u00edsimos, y debido a las materias que dirimen, tambi\u00e9n son procesos vivos que cambian desde el inicio hasta el momento del fallo de la sentencia.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>La mediaci\u00f3n, desde mi punto de vista, es una herramienta valios\u00edsima, que nos ayuda a escuchar y ser escuchados. Las partes se ponen en la postura del otro, pero sobre todo, en la postura de los peque\u00f1os de la casa. Desde esa perspectiva, en mi despacho de abogados, y en mi gabinete de mediaci\u00f3n, se consiguen trajes a medida para cada pareja con sus circunstancias concretas.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>No deja de sorprenderme que tenga que acudirse a los tribunales in hablar, y en la v\u00eda contenciosa, cuando ya se hab\u00eda llegado a un acuerdo en un momento inicial.
